Our friends at INOV8 Forge Store are kindly joining our event to offer you the opportunity to demo a pair of fantastic running shoes that are designed in The Lake District perfect for Lake District terrain.
Saturday 28th June
9am-2pm
Force Cafe, Ambleside
This Summer we are offering a fantastic Yoga & fell running experience, suitable for trail runners of all levels in The Lake District National Park.
Itinerary:
Meet: 9am Force Cafe.
Yoga: Starting 9:15 enjoy a 45 minute Yoga Class hosted by Liv. This class will focus on stretching and warming the body to engage muscles associated with running. Movement to enhance your range of motion and develop your focus for coordination will also be explored (without compromising power or stability!). All mats will be provided.
Run: A quick change into your running gear & demo shoes from Inov8 before heading out onto the fells for a guided run. Two distances will be offered before setting off.
Skills: On the hill your guide & coach Dave will offer some useful skills & tips for steep terrain.
Lunch: Enjoy a delicious lunch included with your ticket. We will send out your menu options a few weeks before.
